Community Council Cheers Kids The 108th Precinct Community Council held its annual Christmas Party for area youth at the 108th Precinct’s stationhouse in Long Island City. Santa Claus took time out from his busy schedule to take part in the festivities, which were made possible by donations from local organizations and individuals. As shown, Santa was welcomed by Detective Glenn Yule and Community Council President Diane Ballek (standing in rear).
