This week Chet Fox had his best day of the year with a 591 series which was a +99 series. He just missed the +100 series award but will represent our league for the weekly high over average at Woodhaven Lanes. Chet’s scores were 212, 201 and 178.
Stanley Diglio rolled a 577 series, 233 game and a +67 series and a +63 game, which qualifies him for three awards: the +255 game, +55 game and +50 series. Great going Stanley!!!
Alan Marz reached +500 for the first time this season with a 512 series and will receive the award for his efforts.
Andy Catalano rolled his first 200 game so far and will receive the award. Andy’s score was exactly 200.
Robert Nicita missed a 600 series by just one pin. The 599 series was his fifteenth +500 series this season. Robert’s 236 game was the third +225 game this year. His other scores were 191 and 172 with a +56 series and +55 game.
Joe Tantillo with a 580 series and scores of 222 and 188 carried his team from last place this week.
There were six members who had high 500 series and 200 games. They were: Ben Galvez, 568s, 209g; Walter Bold, 566s, 205 and 202g; Tony Bruno, 563s, 201g; Bill Merritt, 554s, 213g; Phil Russo, 551s, 203g and Joe Porcelli, 542s, 202g.
Other 500 series bowlers were; Sal Vigliotti, 531s, 181g; Ed Caffray, 530s, 187g; Richard Sturm, 523s, 181g; Bill Beuther, 520s, 172g; John Niederauer, 519s, 184g; Jerry Hicks, 517s, 192gs; Earl Duree, 514s, 185g; Ben Poli, 509s, 193g and Pete Smith, 501s, 170g.
There were also seven men who missed the 500 series but had high individual games: Al Jackson, 213g; Tony Uliano, 196g; Sonny Lamatto, 195g; Tony Falzone, 190g; Bob Frank, 184g; Benry Bengel, 182g and Mat Matero, 180g.
