BERNARD JAMES HERLIHY of Flushing died on December 22, 2002 at the age of 62. He was the beloved husband of Patricia Ann (nee Laffey), loving father of Michael, Deborah Amato and Robert and father-in-law of Anthony, dear brother of Annie Cassiere, Julie Steiger, Frank, Eileen, Matt and the late Willie and Theresa, cherished grandfather of Nicole and Anthony. He was U.S. Navy veteran. Mass of Christian Burial was offered at Transfiguration Church, followed by interment in Calverton National Cemetery under the direction of the Papavero Funeral Home, 72-27 Grand Avenue, Maspeth.

FRANK PETER CORDASCO
died on December 20, 2002 at the age of 76. He was the beloved husband of Ruth Ann, loving father of Dr. Frank A. Cordasco, and father-in-law of Monique, cherished grandfather of Michela and Luke. He was a World War II Army veteran. Mass of Christian Burial was followed by interment in Sacred Heart Cemetery, Cutchogue, New York, under the direction of the Papavero Funeral Home, 72-27 Grand Avenue, Maspeth.

JOSEPH F. JEDLICKA
died on December 17, 2002. He was the devoted father of Susan Burke, Joseph H. and Bruce; also survived by eleven grandchildren and four great-grandchildren. He was a life time member of the Masons. Services were held at the Hess-Miller Funeral Home, 64-19 Metropolitan Avenue, Middle Village, officiated by Pastor Terrence L. Weber of Trinity-St. Andrews Lutheran Church . Interment was in Maple Grove Cemetery.

of Whiting, New Jersey, formerly of Brooklyn, died on December 19, 2002 at the age of 91. She was the widow of the late Leonard, loving mother of Donald of Sunnyside and Leonard of Ridgewood and Virginia of El Sobrante, California, dear sister of Edith Reichling of Whiting, New Jersey; also survived by several nieces and nephews. She was an administrative secretary at Bethany Deaconess Hospital and retired in 1977. She was a member of the Order of Eastern Star, Brooklyn, for fifty years. Services were held at the Anderson & Campbell Funeral Home, A Dignity Provider, Whiting, New Jersey, followed by interment in Whiting Memorial Park, Whiting, New Jersey.
