DEATH NOTICES

ROBERT B. PY of Washington Township, New Jersey, died on October 25, 2009 at the age of 67. He was the beloved husband of Barbara (nee Schmitt), devoted father of Debra A. DiJohn and Robert J. Py, father in-law of David and Michelle, dear brother of Richard A. and Alan J. Py, brother-in-law of Nancy and Kim, and fond grandfather of Matthew and Ryan DiJohn, Logan and Daniel Rhea and Makena Py; also survived by many nieces and nephews. After 45 years of employment, he retired from Texaco/Star Enterprises. Relatives and friends are invited to attend his viewing today, October 29, from 8:30 to 10:30 a.m. at the George Werst Funeral Home, 71-41 Cooper Avenue, Glendale, to be followed by a Mass of Christian Burial at 11:15 a.m. at St. Matthias Church and interment in All Faiths Cemetery under the direction of the Egizi Funeral Home, Washington Township, New Jersey. He was the beloved husband of Marilyn, devoted father of Gerard “Jerry” Jr., Michelle Wengert and Nancy Doherty, dear brother of Michael and fond grandfather of Timothy, Christopher and Kelsey. She was the widow of the late Frank, devoted mother of Mary Goldsmith, Felicia Citrangolo and Roseanne A’Hearn, mother-in-law of John and Larry, dear sister of Lorretta Pagano and fond grandmother of Sandie and Douglass; also survived by greatgrandchildren Douglas, Gil and Natalie. He was the beloved husband of Kim, devoted father of James Jr. and Robert, loving son of Irene Wennberg, son-in-law of Steve and Marian Kuhar and dear brother of Doreen and Christine. +++ DOROTHY E. RADEMACHER died on October 23, 2009 at the age of 84 in Boca Raton, Florida. She was the dear sister of the late Raymond Rademacher and sister-in-law of Carol. Funeral services were held at the Papavero Funeral Home, 72-27 Grand Avenue, Maspeth, followed by interment in Mount Olivet Cemetery.

+++ DORIS FITZSIMMONS died on October 24, 2009 at the age of 77. She was the beloved wife of Roland and devoted mother of Gary, John, Joseph, Eileen Giovanni and Judy Sessa; also survived by numerous grandchildren. Services were held at the Hess-Miller Funeral Home, 64-19 Metropolitan Avenue, Middle Village, followed by interment in Evergreen Cemetery.

+++ ROSE BOCK of Glen Cove, New York, died on October 23, 2009 at the age of 86. A native of Perth Amboy, New Jersey, she was the widow of the late Gustav and is survived by nieces and nephews.
