Street Fest Time In Maspeth There was fun in the sun for those who took in the sights and sounds of the Grand Avenue Festival last Sunday, June 8. The event, from 65th to 71st streets, offered plenty of vendors, attractions and entertainment. It was presented by the Maspeth Chamber of Commerce in cooperation with the Kiwanis Club of Maspeth and the Maspeth Lions Club. The Times Newsweekly was among the event sponsors.
