On Monday Apr. 21 the Garity Post team would face Sgt. Miller Post. With a record of 0-3, the Garity Post needed to break the ice with a win.

The call went out to the crafty right hander Tyler Rosario, who turned in a solid performance with six strikeouts and only giving up two earned runs in five innings. 

He was backed up by some solid defense from catcher Ryan Shultz, who threw out two baserunners.

The hits of the game came from Kenny Sumsky, Darren Donnolly, and Vymal Ragoenan who had 2 RBI. Pitcher Patrick O’Reilly came in to close the game for a 7-5 victory. 

On Friday, Apr. 25, the Garity Post was in search for their second win of the season. Taking the hill this night would be the hard throwing Darren Donnolly, who threw one hit ball for four innings.

The run support would come from the hard-hitting Ragoenan, who went 2-3, Rosario (2-4) and Donnolly, who also went 2-3 with 4 RBI. 

Mike Meyers would close the door to a 12-3 victory giving Garity Post a 2-3 record.
