Dwellings Damaged In City Line Fire
Several apartments and a store on Liberty Avenue in City Line, Brooklyn were reportedly damaged in a one-alarm fire that broke out last Saturday afternoon, Nov. 15. According to Fire Department sources, the blaze started at around 1:30 p.m. and spread through all levels of the three-story building on Liberty Avenue near Sheridan Avenue. Members of Engine companies 225, 236, 293 and 332; Ladder companies 107, 142 and 175; Squad Company 252; Rescue 2; and Battalions 39 and 44 responded to the scene under the direction of Division 15 along with the 75th Precinct and EMS units.
