The poetry of Robert Frost and Emily Dickinson was highlighted during the Poetry Festival held recently at St. John's Preparatory School in Astoria. The event was sponsored by the English 9 classes of teacher Debbie Befumo (at left). She is shown with Maria Barbarino (center) and Giovanna Graci, who served as mistresses of ceremonies.
