Doing Time To Learn About Crime
Students in the Forensic Science classes at Christ the King Regional High School in Middle Village recently visited the National Crime and Punishment Museum in Washington, D.C. Through interactive exhibits such as matching virtual fingerprints to a suspect, the students were able to expand their knowledge of forensics and criminal justice. Among the exhibits viewed were ones on toxicology, blood spatter, dental impressions, document and handwriting analysis.
