Students Team With 104th Pct. For Coat Drive

As part of an annual holiday tradition, fifth graders at Ridgewood's P.S. 88 once again teamed with police officers at the nearby 104th Precinct to collect coats for those in need. Hoping to exceed the mark of 500 coats, the students from Class 5-407 began their project in conjunction with the 104th Precinct on Dec. 1, with help from their fellow students, the support of Principal Linda China and the guidance of teachers Debbie Heffernan, Shirley Perez and Erica Maus.
