 FHVAC HQ Dedicated To Past-President The Forest Hills Volunteer Ambulance Corps (FHVAC) dedicated its headquarters in the memory of Judy Elliot, a former HVAC president, captain and treasurer who was instrumental in building the headquarters, which opened in 1989. Elliot passed away in 2009 after a battle with cancer.
