M.V. School Bus Crash Injures Students
Ten students with special needs were injured when the school bus they were riding collided with a sedan in Middle Village on Tuesday morning, Nov. 20, Fire Department sources said. Reportedly, the accident occurred at 8 a.m. at the corner of 64th Street and 62nd Avenue. Responding to the scene were members of the 104th Precinct and EMS units. The students on board the bus, along with their driver and matron, were rushed to Elmhurst Hospital Center for treatment of injuries not considered to be life-threatening. The driver of the sedan was not seriously injured.
